Pre/Back Orders:

Payment and Billing Information:
Paying by Credit Card
Precision Computers accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, & Discover. We do not add any credit card surcharges if the cardholder is present, however if the cardholder is not present in store at time of transaction a 3% convenience fee will apply. Only American Express cards carry a 3% convenience fee.  Credit card safety is priority. Precision does not release or give information to anyone but the original cardholder. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, Precision Computers requires that this address be listed on your credit card account as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. You can contact your credit card company by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card. Precision Computer Supply requires the "ship to" address to match the "bill to" address or the alternate address of your credit card to protect our customers from credit card fraud.

Tax Exemption:
If you are a tax-exempt customer in the state where the product will be shipped, please provide us with the DR-13 certificate or your state proof to pre-qualify. Our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process. For your convenience, all your information will be kept on file for future purchases. Thank You.

International Shipments:
We will gladly ship internationally, unless law restricts the shipment. To determine eligibility for international shipping, please email us or call 305-770-1580 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. We will promptly send you an e-mail confirming your order and provide your shipping charges. Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. Manufacturer's limited warranties for internationally shipped products may vary or be null and void.
(NOTE: Shipments that are not retrieved from customs are not covered by our insurance.)

Export:
To comply with certain vendor agreements and government regulations, Precision Computer Supply reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United States at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void.

Online pricing and availability:
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the unpredictable nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing on our web sites is subject to correction.

Precision Computers will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have your approval. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your order. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance. Proof of purchase and postage may be required for rebates.

New Product Manufacturer's Warranty:
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Usually 1-year warranty applies.

Manufacturer Rebates and special offers:
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities, and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase and specific codes from the original packaging are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent.

Precision Computers In-Store Return Policy:
Items purchased from Precision Computer Supply and returned within 10 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice is eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 10 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manual and accessories. (A restocking fee might apply)

Opened software, DVD movies, pre-recorded videos, game cartridges, and consumables such as ink or cleaning cartridges and paper may ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned for refund. These items can be exchanged in-store only.

Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manual and accessories.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to the purchase price will be charged on any returned item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

Precision Computer Supply will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the product if found to have been short-circuited, burned, of have physical damage.

Refunds on cash or check purchases, will be issued by check from Precision Computers corporate office within 24 hours of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card (credit card must be presented at time of return). No Refunds on used of final sale items.

Precision Online Return Policy:
Items & purchases from precisioncomputersupply.com can be returned for refund within 10 days from date of receipt. Most items purchased online can be returned to Precision Computers retail location(s). Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. Some items must be returned by mail. Please review your packing slip to determine return procedures for your purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original, undamaged packaging. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 10 days from purchase date.

Mail-In (RMA) Return Policy:
Contact our Support Center at 305-770-1580 or sale@precisioncomputersupply.com to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and details including mailing address and procedures. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.

• To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
• An restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
• Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
• Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges.
